The Flexible Response Plan™ gives you the type of coverage and service you need when you need it.
Here's how it works:

Computer and network problems come in all varieties. There are hardware failures, operating system driver problems, viruses and user error. These are just some of the types of problems that can occur in a complex or even a relatively simple computing environment. Depending on the nature of the problem, the desired response time can vary.

Suppose all systems are down and your day-to-day business operations have come to a screeching halt. This would be considered a SEV 0 problem. Severity Zero situations require immediate attention and PC House Calls takes immediate action. Other issues such as upgrades, system changes and minor outages can be handled at a more leisurely pace. Those type of issues are considered SEV 3 and. Getting the fast response time required for the SEV 0 or SEV 1 problem, and having your mundane computer issues resolved by the same professionals can be accomplished. You purchase the Response Units (RUs) ahead of time, and PC House Calls responds to whatever business situaiton you have.

Response Units (RUs)

Simply pre-purchase RUs from PC House Calls to start your coverage. In custom packages, RUs are used to get a certified technician to resolve any issue with your computer system in the appropriate time-frame.

SEV0 and SEV1 problems need immediate attention. When you contact PC House Calls with this type of problem, you will get a call back within 1 hour and a technician on-site (if required) within 4 hours.

• SEV 0 & SEV 1: Cost 2 RUs for every hour the technician works to resolve the problem.
• SEV 2: Cost is 1.5 RUs for each hour.
• SEV 3 or Below: Cost is 1 RU per hour of service.

The FRP plan is a Win-Win relationship:

• 20 RUs: Pre-purchase for $1700.
• 40 RUs: Pre-purchase for $3200 (Additional RUs after 40 are $85/each).
• PC House Calls waives the travel charge for FRP clients
• SEV 0/1 problems get immediate attention. A callback within 1 hour and on-site within 4 hours*
• SEV 2 problems get high priority. A call within 2 hours and on-site within 1 business day.
